COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
Penn-Trafford High School is seeking a passionate and experienced Boys Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach to lead and grow its year-round lacrosse program. The position focuses on building a competitive, championship-level culture while developing student-athletes both on and off the field. Responsibilities include overseeing practices, game strategy, player development, film review, communication with players and parents, mentoring assistant coaches, and helping athletes pursue college opportunities. Candidates should have prior coaching experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to developing character, discipline, and academic success. Compensation is negotiable based on experience. Applications are open until the position is filled.
